By using our Site and purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 www.paintwithvictoria.co.uk offers online and in-person art classes, workshops, and other related services.
1.2 The content and availability of these Services are subject to change without notice.

2.1 To purchase our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and purchasing process.

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by www.paintwithvictoria.co.uk.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, PayPal, etc.
3.3 Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.1 Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at victoriarussianewstead@yahoo.co.uk at least 7 days before the class or workshop date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 2 to 6 days before the class or workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.

Cancellations made within 1 day of the class or workshop date are non-refundable.

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund, or a credit towards a future class. Supporting documentation may be required.

4.3 Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a class or workshop for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date or class.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

5.1 All content provided during our classes and on our Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of www.paintwithvictoria.co.uk or its content creators.
5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from www.paintwithvictoria.co.uk.

6.1 You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
6.2 You agree to respect the rights and dignity of other participants and instructors during classes and workshops.

7.1 www.paintwithvictoria.co.uk will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or the Site.
7.2 Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

To ensure an uninterrupted and fun workshop for all participants, we kindly request that attendees arrive on time, as late arrivals disrupt the ongoing class and are an inconvenience to others.

Kindly note that if the class does not meet the minimum participant count, it is subject to cancellation or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such instances. Thank you.
